Corporate headshots in Wollongong and Sydney

Headshots without the awkward bit.

Most team pages I see have a mix. A couple of good photos, one from years ago, a crop from someone’s holiday, and a gap where the new person hasn’t sent anything yet. It’s an easy job to put off, and clients do notice.

I’m a photographer based in Wollongong and I shoot corporate headshots for individuals and whole teams, here and in Sydney. Most people don’t enjoy having their photo taken, so I talk the whole way through and direct small changes in posture and expression. Nobody needs to know how to pose.

Individual sessions

If you need one good photo for LinkedIn, a speaker profile or your website, a single session does it. I come to your workplace or meet you somewhere that suits. You get one retouched headshot, chosen on the spot from my laptop. $250.

Staff headshot days

If you’ve got a team, it’s easier if I come to you. I set up a lit portrait station in a meeting room or quiet corner and photograph your team one person at a time, in 10-minute slots. Everyone gets the same light and background, so the photos sit together on your website, in proposals and on LinkedIn.

Each person sees their photos on the laptop straight away and picks the one they want before they leave. For Marsden Health I photographed more than twenty psychologists and health professionals for their team pages in a single session.

Pricing is a day fee plus a per-person fee:

  • Half day, up to three hours of photography: $750 plus $60 per person

  • Full day, up to six hours: $1,250 plus $50 per person

For example, 15 people on a half day comes to $1,650, and 30 people on a full day comes to $2,750.

On the day, I need:

  • A room of about 3 by 4 metres near a power point

  • A list of names

  • Someone to keep people moving through their slots

  • Everyone in solid colours, because fine stripes and small checks can shimmer on camera

Set-up takes about 45 minutes beforehand and isn’t counted in your booked time.

What you receive

  • One retouched headshot per person

  • A high-resolution file for print and a web-sized file

  • An online gallery within three days of the shoot

Extra retouched images are $30 each. Group photos, portraits around the workplace and a second set-up can be added and quoted separately, as can travel outside the Illawarra. New starters can be photographed later in a short follow-up session, so they match the rest of the team.
